Q: What information can be found on this site?
A:

  • Court case dockets for any active case from the Active Case List.
  • Court case information on upcoming Court Calendars.
  • Recent court decisions such as Opinions, Arizona Supreme Court Minutes and Court of Appeals Division One and Division Two Memorandum Decisions.


Q: How do I find my case number?
A:

  • Through the Active Case list button. (Information in *numeric order.)
  • Through Party Case Index button. (Information is alphabetical -- Party information is spelled as provided by lower jurisdictional court, including possible use of abbreviations.)
  • Through Lower Case Number Index button.
    1. (Information for Arizona Supreme Court– By *numeric order, Court of Appeals Division 1 & 2 case number, County, Board and Commission.)
    2. (Information for Court of Appeals Division One – By *numeric order, County, Commission and Board.)
  • Through Attorney-Case Index button. (Information is alphabetical by attorney last name.)

Q: I cannot find my case.  What do I do?
A: If you cannot find your appellate case from this site, it may not be an appellate case or may have closed and is no longer available for inspection.  Contact the court for assistance.


Q: How do I find the outcome of my case?
A: Case Decisions can be found under the Opinions tab, Court of Appeals Division One Memorandum Decision tab, Court of Appeals Division Two tab, and the Arizona Supreme Court Minutes tab. Other rulings and orders for your case will be found on the case docket.


Q: Can I view filed documents or orders?
A: Not at this time. The court’s case docket will reflect all items filed, but the actual document is not viewable online at this time.


Q: I found incorrect information on the case docket.  What do I do?
A: Call the individual Court Clerk’s Offices.

A: No. However, the Arizona Judicial Branch is pleased to offer Public Access to Court Case Information, a valuable online service providing a resource for information about court cases from 153 out of 180 courts in Arizona.
